By using the Lupus Discord Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

Lupus is a multi-purpose Discord bot providing moderation tools, an economy system, mini-games, music playback, and various utility features for Discord servers. The Bot is provided free of charge.

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not exploit, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the Bot's economy, game systems, or any other features.
• You are responsible for any actions performed through your Discord account while using the Bot.
• You must not use the Bot to harass, spam, or harm other users.

The Bot includes a virtual economy system with coins, gems, and other in-game items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All virtual assets are the property of Lupus and may be modified or reset at any time.

We strive to maintain the Bot's uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the Bot.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
