Lupus collects the following data when you interact with the Bot:

• Discord User ID — Used to identify your account and store your economy data.
• Server (Guild) ID — Used to apply server-specific settings and configurations.
• Message Content — Only processed in real-time for command execution. Messages are not stored permanently unless related to moderation actions (strikes, warns).
• Nicknames — Stored to restore nicknames when users rejoin the server.

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Providing Bot functionality (economy, games, moderation).
• Maintaining user balances, pet data, and game statistics.
• Logging moderation actions for server administration.
• Improving the Bot's performance and features.

All data is stored locally in an SQLite database on the server hosting the Bot. Data is not transmitted to any third-party services except Discord's API as required for Bot operation.

User data is retained as long as the Bot is active in your server. If the Bot is removed from a server, server-specific settings may be deleted. User economy data persists across servers.

The Bot integrates with the following third-party services:

• Discord API — Core functionality and messaging.
• YouTube / Spotify / SoundCloud — Music streaming (no user data is shared).
• Riot Games API — League of Legends statistics (only summoner names provided by the user are queried).

This website may use essential cookies for session management if you log in via Discord OAuth. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your stored data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of data collection by removing the Bot from your server.

The Bot is not intended for users under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
